Calling all yogis (and wannabe yogis)! Say “om” at San Antonio’s first yoga festival at Travis Park on Saturday, Nov. 7. The free S.A.Y. Om Yoga Festival starts at 10 a.m. with a onehour community yoga class led by Cassandra Fauss, founder of Mobile Om, San Antonio’s mobile yoga studio. The day continues with hair braiding, massages, yoga demonstrations, henna tattoos, body paint, merchandise booths, giveaways and much more. S.A.Y. Om ends with a 30-minute yin yoga and meditation session to send you off feeling relaxed and refreshed.
You’ll see lots of familiar friends and businesses including Heeling Sole Barefoot Massage & Yoga, Aerial Yoga Boerne, AC Power Yoga, The Union Yoga + Strength, the Integrative Healing Institute, Yoga Day, the Aveda Institute, Lululemon, Element Kombucha and more.
