Don’t miss this “pop-up dinner of a lifetime” on June 11 at the Southwest School of Art. The six-course dinner hosted by Koch Ranches, a well-known vendor at local farmers markets, will feature nationally known “Brew Chef” Tim Schafer and Fresh Horizons Catering. The six-course meal will include Koch’s own grassfed, grass-finished meats, organic vegetables grown by Koch Ranches, and Texas wine and beer pairings from Messina Hof Vineyards and 5 Stones Craft Brewery.
The evening begins with a cocktail display of specialty meats and cheeses, lamb meatballs, goat kabobs and Koch Ranches beef on toast, and continues with a dinner menu fit for a king, including: Chile Rellenos Especiales, Wild Mushroom Soup, Lamb Bolognese, Lemoncello Sorbet, Grass-fed Beef Wellington and an assortment of Koch Ranches sweets.
