Farmers for Gardens Feast at Sustainable, Organic Farm Benefits Green Spaces Alliance on May 27


Foodies, locavores and the charity-minded are invited to feast in style at a special dinner, the Farmers for Gardens Feast, celebrating the local bounty of farmers, ranchers, local brewers and wineries on Friday, May 27, at My Father’s Farm, a certified organic farm in Sequin.

This pop-up dinner is hosted by Chef Cooperatives, a non-profit organization comprised of some of San Antonio’s best chefs, and benefits Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas. The event will feature local delicacies, seasonal fruits and vegetables, libations, live music and a tour of My Father’s Farm.

Chef Cooperative Chef Cooperatives has prepared a chef-driven menu featuring goat and lamb from Hudspeth River Ranch and pork from South Texas Heritage Pork. There will also be interactive desserts like smores and grilled shortcake. Plus, some of the finest wines and brews from Alamo Beer, Karbach Brewery, BS Brewing, Kuhlman Cellars, Blue Lotus Winery and Treaty Oak Distilling will be on tap.
