Has life been hectic lately? Need a break from everything, time to clear your head and receive clear guidance and direction? Immersing yourself in silence can help. And a little yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic vegetarian food certainly wouldn’t hurt. That’s exactly what you can experience by participating in a Silence & Meditation Retreat the weekend of June 12-14 at the Way of the Wolf Ranch in Fredericksburg.
Hosted by Mitzi Dyane, an Ayurvedic wellness educator, hatha flow yoga and meditation teacher and spiritual guide, the retreat offers participants the opportunity to recharge and relax in a beautiful rural setting, free from the sound of voices and noise.
“When you pray, you talk to God,” says Dyane. “When you meditate, you listen to God. That’s where you can find the answers you seek.”
The retreat begins at 4 p.m. on June 12 and ends at noon on June 14. Cost is $395 per person and includes a two-night stay at the ranch and Ayurvedic vegetarian meals and snacks.
For information about the Silence & Meditation Retreat, contact Mitzi Dyane at 903-372- 7189 or email mitzidc0311@gmail. com. Space is limited.
