Emotional Healing with Essential Oils

Emotional issues from childhood, including trauma, stress, fear, anxiety and anger, can create energetic imbalances that have profound effects on health and well-being. Left unchecked, unpleasant emotions eventually move into the physical body as symptoms of a disease or illness. Vibrational Medicine

Lime helps to cleanse and dislodge feelings of grief, sadness, trauma and depression that block the heart center. It also helps you examine inner motives, intentions and fills you with a zest for life. Grapefruit helps support healthy integrity and honor with body image. It invites you to learn to listen to the body’s subtle messages.

Additional Support

There are a few other great oils to add for emotional wellbeing, including geranium, which is especially good for opening and restoring a heart that has been injured or traumatized. It is known as an emotional healer and helps restore love and trust. Basil offers strength and renewal, helping people who feel overwhelmed or have a hard time coping with life’s stressors. It is also an excellent oil for nervousness, anxiety and depression and supports healthy adrenal function. Ginger is an empowering oil that persuades individuals to fully participate in life by taking responsibility for their life circumstances. It helps users feel their creative force and align with their destiny.
